Things happen last minute and you just can't get here as scheduled. It's okay, I get it.
I require a minimum 24 hour cancellation notice but I understand it isn't always possible.
Nobody likes enforcing these policies or being on the receiving end of them.

If you find you have had to cancel two or more appointments within the 24-hour window or were a no-show, I have two options that will help you avoid the late cancellation fee/no show fee of 50% of the services lost.
A deposit equaling half of your scheduled service will be collected in order to secure the appointment time you booked. The amount will be deducted from your total. Should you cancel this appointment with less than 24 hours notice, this will be non-refundable. Please plan on paying this deposit with a credit card.
If you prefer to not pay a deposit, you may book the day before or the day of the time you are looking for. I will be glad to put you on the cancellation list and text you open times.
