Things happen last minute and you just can't get here. It's okay! A 24-hour notice is appreciated but I understand it isn't always possible.
Sometimes our schedules are just too unpredictable and life gets in the way of good hair! If you find you have had to cancel two or more appointments within the 24-hour window and/or were a no-show, I have two options that will help you avoid a cancellation fee on the third missed appointment, which is the total cost of the services booked.
A deposit equaling half of your scheduled service will be collected in order to secure the appointment time you booked. The amount will be deducted from your total. Should you cancel this appointment with less than 24 hours notice, this will be non-refundable. Please plan on paying this deposit within 2 days of the request via Venmo or with a credit card.
If you prefer to not pay a deposit, you may book the day before or the day of the time you are looking for. I will be glad to put you on the cancellation list and text you open times.
