If you have a change of plans, you can use my online scheduler, email or leave a voicemail to adjust your appointment up to 24 hours beforehand.
When you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or no-show, I lose the opportunity to fill the spot I have been holding just for you. No shows will not be able to book ahead using the online scheduler unless prepaid for half of their next appointment in order to reschedule. Last minute cancelations will only be able to book last minute going forward if choosing not to pay the late cancelation fee as stated below.
A $25 late fee must be paid for services cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. The balance must be settled before you schedule your next appointment *or* you may book on a last minute basis going forward.
Be sure to keep your email and phone number up to date. I send out multiple confirmation reminders for your appointments via email and text. If you don't confirm I will assume you aren't going to keep your appointment and will contact waitlisted clients to fill your appointment. If you would prefer a phone call reminder, just ask!

If you have a challenge with your new hair, let me know within 10 days of your service. Let's make a shift if I missed the mark.
Refund Policy for Products:
You may return your purchase within 7 days for a full refund or within 60 days for an exchange with another product.
