If you have a change of plans, you can use my online scheduler, email or leave a voicemail to adjust your appointment up to 24 hours beforehand.
When you cancel your appointment under 24 hours, or forget altogether, I lose the opportunity to fill the spot I have been holding just for you. No shows with no follow-up will lose access to the online scheduler and be required to prepay in order to reschedule.
My policy is a minimum $25 charge for each service cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. The balance must be settled before you schedule your next appointment.
Be sure to keep your email and phone number up to date. I send out multiple confirmation reminders for your appointments via email and text.
I will do my best to work with you in case of emergencies, I do understand that issues come up unexpectedly.

If you have a challenge with your new hair, let me know within 10 days of your service. Let's make a shift if I missed the mark.
Refund Policy for Products:
You may return your purchase within 7 days for a full refund or within 60 days for an exchange with another product.
